We inspect, then send a written quote. You approve it from your phone. If we find something extra once the car is on the hoist, we stop and ring you — it does not quietly appear on the invoice.
Your new car warranty stays intact
You are not required to service at the dealership. Under Australian Consumer Law, a service done to the manufacturer schedule with parts meeting their specification and recorded in your logbook keeps the warranty in place. That is exactly how we do it, usually for a good deal less.
Urgent, soon, or can wait
Every report sorts what we find into those three, so you can plan rather than being handed one intimidating number. We will happily tell you a part has another 10,000km in it.
