What it covers
A logbook service follows the schedule your manufacturer set for your car at each interval, using parts that meet their specification. Every item is recorded and your service book is stamped so the history stays complete when you sell.
Signs you need it
- Your service sticker or dash reminder is due by date or kilometres
- You are about to sell and the book has a gap in it
- The car has been serviced late and you want to get back on schedule
What we do
- Engine oil and filter to the grade your manufacturer specifies
- Air, cabin, fuel and oil filters at the intervals they fall due
- Spark plugs, belts, coolant and transmission items when scheduled
- Brake, steering, suspension, tyre and lighting safety inspection
- Fluid levels checked and topped, battery and charging tested
- Logbook stamped and anything found reported as urgent, soon or can wait

Common questions
Will this void my new car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have a new car serviced by any qualified mechanic without losing the manufacturer warranty. It has to follow the schedule, use parts meeting their specification, and be recorded in the logbook. That is exactly how we do it.
What if my car is out of warranty?
Then you have more flexibility on parts and intervals, and we will tell you where you can reasonably save. See our general car servicing page.
How long does it take?
A minor service is usually a few hours. Majors and anything with belts or plugs due take longer — we will tell you when you book.
